Lumière Residence is a bespoke luxury home designed to integrate architectural form, interior detailing, and landscape strategy into one cohesive high-end residential environment. This project reflects our studio’s expertise in delivering fully customised residential design solutions, from façade articulation to interior architecture and outdoor living integration.

The contemporary façade is defined by clean geometry, layered volumes, and a restrained material palette, enhanced by architectural lighting that accentuates depth and proportion. A carefully curated arrival experience, featuring illuminated floating steps, structured landscaping, and a custom-designed entry door that establishes a sense of exclusivity and refinement from the outset.

Inside, the home is anchored by large-format marble flooring that enhances spatial continuity and light reflection throughout the ground level. A sculptural curved bar with fluted detailing becomes a signature interior feature, combining bespoke joinery with integrated lighting to create warmth and dimension. Vertical wall panelling and layered ceiling recesses further reinforce architectural rhythm while maintaining a minimalist luxury aesthetic.

The powder room exemplifies high-end material layering. Custom stone surfaces, metallic accents, textured feature walls, and statement patterned flooring create a refined yet dramatic space. Every finish has been intentionally selected to balance richness with restraint - a hallmark of sophisticated residential interior design.

Outdoor living is elevated through a resort-style landscape concept. A freeform swimming pool, natural stone water feature, and structured planting design transform the backyard into a private retreat. Subtle landscape lighting enhances ambience in the evening, seamlessly extending the interior experience outdoors, a key principle in modern luxury home design.

Throughout the residence, lighting design plays a pivotal role. Integrated LED detailing, concealed cove lighting, and architectural exterior illumination highlight material textures and structural form, ensuring the home transitions effortlessly from day to night.
